For mobile on list dashboards, you can now generate a statement for the customer in PDF format from the customer place card. However, for this feature to be available on the mobile app, it has to be activated from the web app.

To activate the feature on mobile:

  • Go to the report you want to use as a customer statement and click on the edit icon at its far right.

  • Navigate to the field “Is Statement” and drag the Toggle icon to the right so that it changes color from grey to green, indicating that its enabled.

To disable the feature, drag the toggle back to the left, so its color changes from Green to grey, indicating that its disabled.
