The Go Live cleans the environment: it deletes all the archived lists, workflows, attributes, questions, options, …

Checks should be made after the Go Live to make sure everything is running smoothly

  • Check if the dashboards are not impacted
    How to do it: Open all the dashboards to make sure there is no error message
    If there is any error: Kindly log a ticket on the DS board.
  • Check if the calculated attributes are correctly refreshed:
    How to do it: Go on the Environment section> Job Logs > check the latest logs after the Go Live for type=UPDATE_QUERY_ATTRIBUTES , status = SUCCESS
    If there is any error: kindly log a ticket on the DS board.
  • Check if the transformation tables are still refreshing: Environment > Job Logs > Status= , status = How to do it: Go on the Environment section> Job Logs > check the latest logs after the Go Live for type= UPDATE_TRANSFORMATION_TABLES, status = SUCCESS
    If there is any error: kindly log a ticket on the DS board.
  • Check if all the users have correctly synced and are not trying to submit older versions of the workflow
    How to do it: Go on the Dashboards section > Default folder > Logs > check the latest logs for each user after the Go Live & check the latest sync date in the mobile users tables
    If there is any error: kindly ask the users to clear the cache.
