Mobile Users

The users who will need to access the mobile app. Fill this template.

User roles

Each mobile user and web user can be assigned to a role, like sales representative, manager, etc.

The roles will determine the workflows or the reporting dashboards he has access to.

  • perform administration tasks, like managing users or lists, etc

  • view the reporting dashboards

Organisational structure (Teams)

The teams are the organizational units to split the users, manage the access to workflows and dashboards.

We need you to define the:

  • hierarchy levels

  • labels

And list all the teams that will compose your environment

Mapping of users to teams

We need to know how mobile and web users are assigned to the teams created.

For the mobile user, fill the phone number as the primary key. For the web user, fill the email.

Product list

To define the list, we have a set of standard fields for which the label and the options can be customized.

You can also add custom fields. The field can be of any of this type.

Custom list

You can add any other list as per your business processes, for assets, distributors, etc. Just share with us the structure.

Workflows

Indicate the questionnaire that the mobile users will need to fill.

Default workflows:

  • Direct Sales

  • Vendor Sales

  • Retail Audit

  • Cash collection

Custom workflows can be developed as well but will lead to a higher set up fee

Web dashboards

These dashboards will be visible to the web users on the web application.

Mobile dashboards

These dashboards will be visible to the mobile users on the mobile application.

Some dashboards can be set to be visible both on the web and mobile applications

Customer dashboards

These dashboards will be visible to the mobile users on the mobile application, only at the level of the customer card, to view specific KPIs related to the customer.
