The setup fee covers the initial scope of work.

If there is a need to proceed to a change to the initial scope during the life of the project, the following process applies:

  • you need to share the exact request through our ticketing system

  • we will assess the request and decide if it qualifies as

    • a normal support request, to be handled as part of our support SLAs

    • a major change, for which we need to assess the man-days of software development/data visualization to be spent on it and share it with you for approval, and to get the corresponding Purchase Order. Any man-day is charged at a rate of 450 USD net.
