The GPS location and picture are two mandatory fields for a Place. If these information are not present upon the first check-in, the user can still check-in but will need to update those two to access the activities afterwards.

Note: If the GPS and/or place picture are missing, and the user clicks on the check in icon, a notification to update the missing fields will pop up on a yellow banner at the bottom of the page. The user can then click on Update Fields on the yellow banner or click on the edit icon at the top right of the screen and then capture the location and picture by clicking on the respective icons and then submit.

Note that, updating a place location and picture on first check-in also applies to lists set as 'read only”. In this case, for future updates of these fields, only the web user will be able to do it.

When updating the GPS, please ensure that the accuracy is 15m or below.
