How to ensure the data is sync
Our mobile application works fully offline, once your environment is loaded, you can do everything without an Internet connection.
After submitting a workflow, if you are offline, it will appear in the "Pending" section, with a red icon next to it. (to sync a pending submission, click on the snyc icons-(round arrows inside a green circle).
If it synced correctly, it will be appear in the "Completed" section, with a green tick on the right. By clicking on the tick, you will see at what time it has synced.
Same logic for the list items.
NB: if you have pending submissions, the summary banner on the workflow will be in red color and not in green as the others.
