Tasks are activities to be completed by the Mobile user at a later time. It reminds the mobile user of any pending activity for instance delivery or appointment, etc.

Tasks are created by the Mobile user by filing in a workflow/questionnaire that has been configured to create specific tasks as per the user's key roles.
